Makson Machinery offers lolliopop forming machine. It is designed for producing hard-boiled lollipops. It has a speed of 500-700 pcs/min depending on the size and shape of pop. The sugar rope is formed from the batch roller machine getting through rope seizer by adjusting the sizing roller to obtain the required rope diameter. A rope control unit is provided to control the rope feeding speed and pair of pre-sizing roller on the forming machine receives the sugar rope into the forming dies. The diameter of pop is fixed while the length of pop is adjustable. A conveyor belt is provided underneath the forming die to transport the formed pops to the cooling drum. The machine is equipped with one set of feeding rollers, adjustable in height & width that determine the lollipop weight.
