Food Ingredients (Fi) India 2008 turned out to be a common platform
for the food processing industry. The discussions and technical
sessions covered all the aspect of the industry including safety
initiatives, upcoming trends and huge potential of the industry.
Unlike in the past, today consumers have many new ingredients
available some from old and ancient health systems, but several
