FoodTec India 2008: Synergising success by stimulating growth
The Indian food processing industry is counted among the lead
sectors with high-growth potential. To achieve the focussed
growth rate, the need of the hour is the availability of extensive
investments in processing technology and transport. Currently,
a plethora of opportunities are emerging for the suppliers of
processed food. Therefore, the food processing industry in India
is one of the noteworthy markets worldwide. Especially, with
respect to production, consumption and imports/exports, the
Indian food processing market is developing rapidly. With this
background, International FoodTec India 2008 was organised by
Koelnmesse YA Tradefair Pvt Ltd at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi
from October 06-08, 2008, to provide ample opportunities to
